MiXpress – Online convenience 24/7
MiWay is all about doing insurance your way. And MiXpress is our way of putting you in the driver’s seat of your insurance portfolio. MiXpress, the MiWay Client Self-service portal is now available for lodging and tracking your claim online.
How to access MiXpress and lodge your claim online?
Please use the Client Login Form (to your right) to access the MiXpress Self Service Portal.
Already Registered Users. Please use your email and password to login.
Unregistered MiWay Clients. Please use the “Register” option to register.
Once logged in, select the “Log a Claim” menu item to lodge your claim.
With MiXpress you can now:
- Add new cars or household items.
- Keep your contact information up to date.
- Change your address when you move – important to always let us know when you move, as this might mean a reduction in premium.
- Buy additional add-on cover such as MiWay’s new MiSmart product
- Lodge your claim online
