Thanks – although we don’t think that this is your regular blog! The nature of this webpage is to interact with our clients and to show our commitment to transparency, as well as our commitment to service excellence. We publish all comments that relate to compliments and complaints on this forum, and do so in order to resolve any queries or address any concerns our clients may have. The idea of this forum is to emphasise our commitment to service delivery and to find solutions as best we can when things go wrong. I have entered on entry time.com. I only now read that if you pre-entered, I might be able to receive a subscribtion to either Bicycling or Runnersword. As I am already subscribed to runnersworld, I would like my subscribtion to be Bicycling.

Thanks for your comment on our website.

When you clicked on the link in your email from Feb 2009, you are directed to a landing page from the February 2009 Dirt Festival. This information on this page only applies to the February 2009 Dirt Festival. Therefore, the free subscription was only available with this February 2009 pre-entry, and is no longer valid, and therefore unfortunately not available with the October 2009 Dirt Festival pre-entries.

I have also been in contact with the organisers of the Dirt Festival to confirm this.
