I have bought a brand new vehicle in Feb 2009 which I insured with MiWay,it went for its first service of 15,000km and they suspecting that there is a fault with the gearbox they do not have a courtesy vehicle, if we do not have any other option can miway help us with a courtesy vehicle while our vehicle is being repaired.
MiWay’s warranty product does have alternative transport up to R1000 but we assume you do not have a warranty product as your car was brand new and probably has a factory warranty?
The MiWay comprehensive car insurance product does have optional car hire but only comes into effect on a claimable event such as accidental, intentional and theft/ hijacking claims.
