Roadside assistance automatically applies to each vehicle (with a mass less than 3500 kg) noted on your Coversheet under our MiHelp (MiWay’s roadside assistance) benefit. You will be covered for breakdown and a tow will be arranged to the nearest service provider or place of safekeeping. The tow in cost on the initial tow will be covered.
Provided that you have a valid claim under your MiWay MiWheels Car Insurance policy, in the event of an incident and/or accident, where the vehicle requires to be towed, you will be covered for reasonable towing and storage costs to tow and store the vehicle at the nearest repairer, on condition that you utilised the services of a MiWay approved towing operator.
