When a vehicle is repaired after an accident do they replace original parts from the agents or aftermarket parts?
All vehicles under factory warrantee are repaired with original parts from the specific agents. On older vehicles it is a standard procedure in the insurance industry to use new aftermarket parts on certain items taking into consideration that at no time the safety of the vehicle and the quality of repairs will be compromised. Furthermore we guarantee all repair work for a period of two years.
