		<description>I am absolutely disgusted at what a potential client needs to go through to get a quotation. One is subjected to all sorts of unnecessary questions that at time you are uncomfortable answering, a quotaion should be a simple thing not a lengthy process.</description>

Hope my email finds you well and in good spirits.

I have been with MyWay now for couple of months, the registration and all that has been smooth and i have received my policy documents intact. The only concern though is that the stickers were not in the envelope, not sure how did it come about but hope it will be attended as a matter of urgency. Just read few messages above, frustrations seems to be looming from people who wants to join this dynamic insurance company. I would advice that the complaints be taken serious as they raise uncertainties for the policy holders.

		<description>Hi.. I am very dispondent due to the horrendous treatment that I have received from one of your consultants who is dealing with my claim.  Since my car was taken by the tow company, I have battled to reach him only to receive a call from him on Friday being told that my car will be written offf.  PLease outline the exact procedure that should be followed before a car is written off.  Also, is it just not possible for me to get quotes on my own to fix the car?? Additionally, am I not entitled to just claim back my car and fix it myself if all else fails?? Also I would like details of the person I can escalate this matter to because not only don&#039;t I trust the agent but I certainly feel I am being cheated HORRIBLY.... In all honesty, I will discourage any of my friends and colleagues from joining my way.  You are treated with the least amount of consideration and it makes no sense because I pay for the services.</description>

		<description>I got a quote from you months ago. One of my vehicles was not on your system and I was told that I will be phoned back with the correct quote. I am still waiting. If it is this much of an issue to get a quote, I feel sorry for someone who has to claim.</description>
