By sending MiWay an SMS with your details or by using the SpeedQuote form you are agreeing to the terms of this service. This includes:

• Understanding that MiWay will contact various databases with bureaus to obtain relevant information to prepare a premium for you.
• All persons that submit their information will be called to confirm that they received their quote.
• The quoted premium is based on information available to MiWay at the time of doing the quote.
• The quoted premium takes into account certain assumptions (as we have no other way to verify this information), these include but are not limited to:
  • The vehicle(s) will not be used for business purposes.
  • Your vehicle(s) are fitted with standard factory fitted security and the security is in full working order.
  • The ID number supplied in the SMS belongs to the policy holder and regular driver of the vehicle(s) quoted on.
  • The owner of the ID number supplied has had uninterrupted insurance cover for at least the last 6 months.
  • The vehicle(s) is to be insured at retail value.
