Self-service insurance claims
MiWay is all about doing insurance your way. And allowing you to manage your policy online is our way of putting you in the driver’s seat of your insurance portfolio. The MiWay Client Self-service portal is now available for reporting your claim online and the tracking of your claim online.
How to sign up to lodge your claim online?
Please use the options available under “Manage Your Policy” (on the home page) to access the Self Service Portal.
Already Registered Users. Please use your email and password to login.
Unregistered MiWay Clients. Please use the “Sign Up” option to create an account.
Once logged in, select the “Lodge a Claim” menu item to lodge your claim.
With MiWay you can now:
- Add new cars or household items.
- Keep your contact information up to date.
- Change your address when you move – important to always let us know when you move, as this might mean a reduction in premium.
- Buy additional add-on cover such as MiWay’s new MiSmart product
- Lodge your claim online
