How to access MiWay Client Self-service portal and lodge your claim online?
MiWay customers are able to sign up to manage their insurance policy online. Please use the options available under “Manage Your Policy” (on the home page) to access the Self Service Portal.
Already Registered Users. Please use your email and password to login.
Unregistered MiWay Clients. Please “Sign Up” to create an account.
Sign Up in three simple steps
To sign up you will need to verify that you are in fact a MiWay customer or that you have completed an insurance quote from MiWay.
- Click here to enter your details.
- Enter your email address and Id Number or passport number.
- An email will be sent to your email address with login detail.
Once logged in, select the “Log a Claim” menu item to lodge your claim.
With MiWay’s Client Self-service portal you can now:
- Add new cars or household items.
- Keep your contact information up to date.
- Change your address when you move – important to always let us know when you move, as this might mean a reduction in premium.
- Buy additional add-on cover such as MiWay’s new MiSmart product
- Lodge your claim online
