For one thing, we care about our clients. We see them as people, not policies, so we’ll do all we can to make sure you have an amazing experience and get the best service from us, each and every time you reach out to us. But we have a bunch of other benefits on top of that:

1. Do it all online  – At the tap of a button, you can take out a policy, submit a claim or chat to an agent. 

2. Emergency alert – If you’re in an accident, the Miway Emergency alert app feature alerts us immediately so we can send out emergency services to your location. 

3. 24/7 Roadside/home assistance – We offers you free emergency help at home or on the road when you need it, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

We have a range of cover options for you to  choose from, depedning on what you need and what you can afford:

o   Comprehensive car insurance: Covers theft, hijacking, and damage caused by accidents or weather conditions. It also offers cover if you’re responsible for an accident and need to pay for damages to another person’s car, as well as damage to your own car. This is the broadest type of  cover.

o   Third-party, fire and theft cover: Covers the costs if your car is damaged or lost due to theft or fire-related incidents. It also covers damage you may have caused to another person's car during an accident. But if you’re involved in a car accident, you need to cover the repairs or replacement costs of your car on your own.

o   Total loss cover: Covers the total loss of your car, only when your car is ‘written off’ or when your car is stolen and can’t be recovered. It also gives you limited third-party liability cover. But damage from an accident that does not lead to a total loss is not covered.

o   Third party only cover: Covers any damage you may cause to the car or property of another person. But damage or loss to your own car is not covered.

Miway policies can be bought either online or through our dedicated customer call centre. We however recommend that customers download the Miway app to manage their policy, get help from our team, and file claims.
