Our Client Services, Claims and Sales call centre (0860 64 64 64) will be operating as per normal during the festive season, except for the following dates:
- Saturday, 13 December: Call centre open 8am till 1pm
- Tuesday, 16 December: Call centre open 8am till 1pm (Sales will be closed, Only Claims and CS will be open)
- Wednesday, 24 December: 7am - 6pm (Sales and CS will only open from 8am, Claims will open from 7am till 1pm)
- Thursday, 25 December and Friday, 26 December: Call centre closed
- Saturday, 27 December open 7am till 6pm (Sales and CS will only open from 8am till 1pm and Claims will open from 7am till 1pm)
- Monday, 29 December open 7am till 6pm
- Tuesday, 30 December open 7am till 6pm
- Wednesday, 31 December open 7am till 6pm
- Thursday, 1 January 2026: Closed
- Friday, 2 January: Call centre open 8am till 6pm (Sales and CS open from 8am to 6pm and Claims open from 7am to 6pm)
