While you are on your well-deserved break, be rest assured that we’re here for you 24/7. Wherever you are throughout the festive season, be mindful of our operating hours.

Our Sales, Client Services and Claims call centre (0860 64 64 64) will be operating as per normal during the festive season, except for the following dates:

Saturday, 14 December: Call centre Open from 8am till 1pm
Monday, 16 December: Call centre Open from 8am till 1pm (Sales will be closed) Only Claims and CS will be open)
Tuesday, 24 December: 7am – 6pm (Sales and CS will only open from 8am)
Wednesday, 25 December and Thursday, 26 December: Call centre closed
Friday 27 December open 7am till 6pm (Sales and CS will only open from 8am)
Saturday 28 December open 8am till 1 pm
Tuesday, 31 December: 7am till 6 pm (Sales and CS open from 8am to 6pm and claims open from 7am to 6 pm)
Wednesday, 1 January Closed
Thursday, 2 January: Call centre Open 7am till 6pm (Sales and CS open from 8am to 6pm and claims open from 7am to 6 pm)

Our normal operating hours for each department are as follows:

Mon-Fri: 8am – 6pm
Sat & Public Holidays: 8am – 1pm

Claims

Mon-Fri: 7am – 6pm
Sat & Public Holidays: 8am – 1pm

Sales

Mon-Fri: 8am – 7pm
Sat & Public Holidays: 8am – 1pm
