This month's Service Hero, Buddy Vroom, tells us more about himself:

Which department do you represent and what role do you play in keeping our clients happy?

I'm an investigator in the Claims department. It takes a diplomatic and tactful approach to keep clients happy during the investigation of a claim, ensuring that they are regularly kept abreast of the progress of the validation process. Investigations personnel are the “face” of Miway as we meet with clients personally.

What’s your service secret?

Empathy.

Why do you think it’s so important to get the job done the first time around?

Not only do first impressions last, but erroneous repetition is destructive publicity.

Tell us about your 5 year plan

Next year I will be part of management, back at university studying again and in five years time have shown myself what I’m capable of achieving!
