Terms and Conditions

1. Participation in this Competition is governed by these terms and conditions (the “Rules”).
2. You, as the Participant, are encouraged to review the Rules before entering the Competition and acknowledge that you have been given an appropriate opportunity to do so and that you understand and accept these Rules.
3. This competition is operated by Miway Insurance.
4. Your participation in the Competition constitutes acceptance of these Rules, and you agree to abide by them.

This Competition is limited to legal residents of the Republic of South Africa. The following people shall not be eligible to participate in this Competition:

1.        Directors, members, partners, promotional and advertising agents, merchandisers, employees, or consultants of Miway.

2.      Spouse, life partner, parent, child, brother, sister, business partner, or associate of any of the persons specified above.

3.      Existing Miway clients.

4.      The competition is open to individuals who are 18 years of age or older.

5.      Participants may opt-in for an obligation-free quote from Miway to double their chances of winning the competition grand prize which will only be revealed in the coming week of the competition.

6.      Participants must provide correct and true information when requesting an obligation-free quote.

7.       Miway’s representatives will request full name, email address, contact number, and ID number. This information will be used to contact the potential winners.

8.      Once a potential winner has been identified, Miway's representatives will request proof of information provided in the quotation process when reaching out to potential winners on Miway's social media platforms.

9.      The participants are required to supply true and complete information.

10.    Miway reserves the right to remove any entries if deemed spam, derogatory, offensive, or obscene.

11.      The judges’ decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

12.    Previous competition winners may NOT enter.

13.    Only one entry per person will be considered.

How to Enter

Each day, a different daily game will be posted on Miway’s official Facebook and Twitter pages.
To enter:

1. Follow Miway on the platform where you participate.
2. Complete the daily game as instructed in the post (e.g., match tiles, play catch, solve the crossword, etc.).
3. Comment or engage according to the post’s instructions (where applicable).
4. Include the hashtag #MiwaytoM #MiwayLiveYourWay in your entry (where relevant).

Participants may enter once per daily game but can participate on multiple days for additional chances to win.

1.        Daily winners will be announced on Miway’s official Facebook and Twitter pages at the end of the five-day teaser week period.

2.      Winners will be contacted via direct message for verification and prize fulfilment.

3.      If a winner cannot be reached within 48 hours, Miway reserves the right to select another winner.

4.      Winners will be determined by what the Miway representatives deem the most appropriate entry by random draw.

5.      The vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash or any other form.

6.      Once the winner has been selected, the winner will be announced on Miway's social media platforms.

7.       The competition will run on Miway’s Facebook and Twitter.

1.        Five (5) winners will be selected per day over the five-day teaser period. A total of 25 winners will stand a chance to win at the end of the five-day teaser week period.

2.      Each of the daily winners will receive a R500 retail voucher at the end of the five-day teaser period.

3.      Winners will be randomly selected from all valid entries for that day.

4.      The judges’ decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

5.      Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.

1.        Any personal information collected in connection with this competition will be used solely for administering the competition.

2.      Miway and its campaign partner(s) will safely store all entrants’ personal information in its database, which is confidential and will be treated under the Protection of Personal Information Act.

1.        Entries that are incomplete, inaccurate, or do not comply with the instructions will be disqualified.

2.      Miway reserves the right to verify the validity of any entry or participant.

3.      Miway may amend, suspend, or cancel the Competition at any time without prior notice, and no liability shall arise from such amendment.

4.      Participation in the Competition implies acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

By entering, participants consent to Miway using their names, images, and/or social media handles for publicity purposes related to the Competition, without further compensation. Personal information will be processed in accordance with Miway’s Privacy Policy and POPIA requirements.

This Competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Facebook or Twitter (X). Participants release these platforms from any responsibility related to this Competition.
