Terms and Conditions

1. The Competition will run from 15 April 2026 to 1 May 2026
2. Entries received outside of this period will not be eligible.

1. The Competition is open to South African residents aged 18 years and older.
2. Participants must:

• Obtain a Miway insurance quote during the Competition period, and
• Enter the Wally Hayward Marathon 2026 via the official website.
  
  Prizes are not transferable, negotiable, or exchangeable for cash or any other prize. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value if necessary.

The following individuals are not eligible to enter or win the Competition:

• Employees of Miway Insurance
• Immediate family members of Miway employees (spouses, partners, parents, children, or siblings)
• Employees of Miway’s marketing, advertising, PR, media, or digital agencies, including third-party service providers involved in this campaign
• Employees or representatives of the Wally Hayward Marathon organising team
• Any person directly involved in the administration of the Competition

The Promoter reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time.

1. Participants may enter the Competition by obtaining an obligation-free Miway insurance quote at this link.
2. Both actions must be completed during the Competition period to qualify.
3. Each valid quote will count as one entry.
4. The quote must be genuine and submitted by the entrant.

1. Participants who meet the entry criteria will be automatically entered into the draw.
2. A total of 10 winners will be selected.
3. Winners will be selected via a random draw after the Competition closing date.

1. Each winner will receive a R1000 retail voucher.
2. A total of 10 vouchers will be awarded.
3. Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash.
4. Miway reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value if required.

1. Winners will be selected and announced on 5 May 2026.
2. Winners will be contacted via the details provided when obtaining their quote.
3. If a winner cannot be contacted within a reasonable period, Miway reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
4. Winners may be required to provide valid identification for verification purposes.

1. Miway reserves the right to disqualify any participant suspected of fraudulent behaviour or breach of these Terms and Conditions.
2. Miway may amend, suspend, or terminate the Competition at any time without prior notice.
3. By participating, entrants consent to their name being used in promotional material related to the Competition without additional compensation.
4. Miway decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

1. Personal information collected will be processed in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).
2. Information will be used for:

• Competition administration
• Contacting winners
• Miway marketing purposes (where consent has been given)
