Simply get an obligation-free Miway car insurance quote and, if you are a Metro FM listener and meet the competition requirements, you will become a qualifying entrant. Every day, two entrants will be selected to play a live 30-second game on Metro FM. The presenter will throw an impossible situation your way, and your challenge is to talk your way out of it in just 30 seconds. Everyone selected to play walks away with R1 000, while the player with the best story of the day scores an additional R4 000. And there’s more: every qualifying entrant also goes into the grand prize draw for the chance to win one of two Jetour Dashing vehicles.

No. The R1 000 goes to the entrants who are selected to play on air on Metro FM. Getting a quote makes you eligible to be selected and enters you into the car draw, but the cash reward is limited to on-air contestants and to the campaign’s cash pool.

Metro FM selects at random from the pool of qualifying entrants that are provided to Metro FM everyday. Having done a quote doesn’t guarantee airtime on Radio -  there are only so many slots. Make sure the number you quote with is the number you actually answer and use everyday.

Two contestants play against each other on Metro FM . The presenter reads you a scenario — something you’d struggle to explain your way out of — and you have 30 seconds to do exactly that. Both contestants will receive R1 000, subject to meeting the qualifying requirements. The presenter picks whoever was funniest, most convincing or most creative, and that person wins an extra R4 000, the winner will win R5 000 in total.

The presenter, live on air will select the winner based on the creativity, humour and persuasiveness of the contestant's response. The presenter's decision will be final, subject to the Competition Rules and applicable law.
